Project Description

256 Observer Highway – Hoboken Urby is a new mixed‑use residential and retail development currently underway in Hoboken, NJ. The 16‑story building will feature approximately 345 apartment homes in a mix of studio, one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom layouts, along with more than 17,000 square feet of ground‑floor retail space. Designed for urban living, the community will include a variety of resident amenities such as a fitness center, landscaped outdoor spaces, café, and pet‑friendly features including a rooftop dog run. The project is located within walking distance of the Hoboken Terminal and PATH train station, providing convenient connections to Manhattan and surrounding areas.
