Project Description

277–301 West Side Avenue is a property site located in the West Side neighborhood of Jersey City, NJ. The site spans multiple parcels and was formerly home to industrial buildings and associated parking. It is part of the West Side Avenue redevelopment area and has received approvals for a mixed-use residential project that includes adaptive reuse of existing structures along with new construction for a mid-rise building featuring approximately 200 residential units, retail/amenity space, and parking. The development aims to incorporate both historic elements and modern design in a walkable, transit-oriented area near the West Side Avenue Hudson-Bergen Light Rail station and New Jersey City University.
